To some people, purchasing a cheese cutting board may sound a bit silly. Many people currently own a regular cutting board so what do they require one that is specially for cheese?

This is exactly what I thought for a long time. I have to say that my fiance and I are big cheese consumers, however we were more than comfortable using a normal cutting board and not spending the extra cash to buy one which is made for cheese (no matter how cute a Swiss cheese cutting board may look!). After all this, I'd certainly buy another one of these if faced with the opportunity. I can't believe that we went so many years without one, believing that our regular board would do it fine.
